METHODOLOGY
Our projects range from several days' research to six-month, multi-phased analyses. We utilize primary research supported by structured analysis techniques and secondary research to achieve highly integrated, implementable recommendations. Typically, we assign a project officer to oversee the project through to customer acceptance and select consultants based upon their expertise, prior experience or synergistic skills. Although we like to initiate projects with a proposal letter and client meeting, then follow up with regular readouts to our clients, we can accommodate a range of operating models based upon customer need, delivery interval or geographic restrictions.
