Craig Born is Sales Director at InfoTech with sixteen years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has a significant record of achievement in strategic market planning, competitive analysis, distribution channel planning, and opportunity analysis for manufacturers, service providers, and VARs. Mr. Born has specialized in helping clients understand and capitalize on new technology markets. In his work, he has developed forecasts and defined new product requirements in markets such as enterprise mobility, contact center, and conferencing. Since joining InfoTech in 1992, Born has been instrumental in the development and growth of InfoTech’s subscription programs, including the InfoTrack brand of market analysis programs and the TelecomTactics database of communications equipment. Most recently, he has led the business development activities related to InfoTech’s expanded Global markets coverage and Services markets analysis. Previously, Born was a Marketing Manager in Bell Atlantic’s PBX sales and service organization. He earned an MBA from Dartmouth and BA from Middlebury College.
