Sharon is responsible for developing and managing InfoTech’s state-of-the-art Research Panel and directing InfoTech’s unparalleled primary research capability in the telecommunications field.
Over the past seven years, Sharon has held a variety of positions for Pearson Education, the largest educational publisher in the world, where she served as corporate research manager for the educational publishing arm of Pearson plc. She orchestrated their industry-leading research panel that achieved a high level of statistical credibility. She also served as research & marketing consultant at BASF, where she spearheaded their marketing research and events business. Sharon has also held research project management positions in the San Diego regional government and was a faculty member at the California State University. She holds her BA from Rutgers College and MA from San Diego State University in Urban & Social Geography, with a focus on research methodology.
