PBI Media-InfoTech Names Clark N. Okun Director Of Enterprise Consulting November 8, 1999 PARSIPPANY, NJ (November 8, 1999) - PBI Media-InfoTech, the Parsippany-based arm of PBI Media - the world's largest consulting and research firm dealing exclusively in the telecommunications industry - today named Clark N. Okun of Wayne. NJ, as Director of the Enterprise Consulting Practice (ECP). The announcement was made by Alan Mendelson, president and CEO of PBI Media of Parsippany and London. With more than 35 years of experience in the business development, regulatory and technical aspects of local, national, and international telecommunications, and 30 years as an active consultant, Okun will direct the ECP, the division of the Phillips-Group InfoTech that provides consulting to telecommunications consumers. "Clark's arrival marks an important milestone in the growth and evolution of PBI Media-InfoTech," said Mendelson. "His vast experience in the telecommunications and consulting industry will go a long way in ensuring the success of the ECP." Most recently, Okun served as vice-president of Edwards and Kelcey, Inc., an engineering, consulting and construction management company, supporting the provision of communications related consulting services to E & K's public sector clients while helping to develop a private sector based telecommunications consulting practice. Previously, Okun was the President of Servcom, Inc., an international management and consulting firm offering business development services in second and third world countries. While at Servcom, Okun participated in the first United States Department of Commerce Communications Trade Mission to Poland, and subsequently established a broad contact base in the business and political communities of Eastern Europe.
