TOP TELECOM PROS & ANALYSTS TO ADDRESS NEW CHALLENGES FOR TELECOM IN INDIA July 15, 1999 - Global Telecommunications New Delhi, July, 15, 1999 - PBI Media Tarifica, a telecommunications consulting firm based in London, UK, will be holding its inaugural seminar on telecommunications opportunities in India on August 25 and 26. The 2-day seminar, featuring telecom experts from around the globe will be held at the Oberoi Hotel in New Delhi, India.
